-3212 OT error - permission denied! HELP!

After playing a game of HALO via the internet with a new beta app called Aquaduct, which requires you to authenticate as root to use it, I returned to normal and found out that whenever I tried to access something on the internet I got an OT error -3212 which is permission denied. Did this app screw up my port permissions or something? Is there any way to fix it without reinstalling OSX? :confused:
 
Go into system preffs and click on users see if system Administraitor has the word admin next to it. if not click edit user, Password, and then click allow to admin this computer and click ok.

maybe that will help.
