3D OpenGL game demos for OS X?

I am looking for a fairly good-looking OpenGL 3D game demo for OS X, perhaps Quake III (I couldn't find this). Are there any availible?

I FOUND IT AT www.macgamefiles.com AND DOWNLOADED THE HUGE 120 MB FILE....

DIDN'T WORK!!!!!
