3pg converter

Hey, I want to convert some .mpeg or .avi files into .3pg formatt so they'll play on my phone (SE K700i). I did a search in google and versiontracker but nothing showed up, does anyone know of a way to do this?
 
Ar, I don't have that. Do you know of anything else? (freeware/ shareware if poss) I only need to do maybe 5-10 files, so was hoping not to pay for something I'll really only use once or twice. If not I'll just upgrade anyway as it's so cheap.
