45 W versus 65W on a PowerBook G4

Hi!
Since my round charger plug was ruined for my PowerBook G4 (1.5 Hz, 15") I'm using an iBook charger. This charger is only 45W, but since I live in Bolivia, it's hard to get a new 65W charger.

My question is: Will using a 45W harm the PB G4 computer or the battery in any way? The voltage is of course also less than on the original charger. I have tried charging and everything seemed to work just fine.

Here's what Apple says about the 17", I imagine that the 15" is similar.

A 45-Watt Apple portable power adapter can be used with a 17-inch PowerBook G4 computer, but it may not provide sufficient power during some activities and power may be drawn temporarily from the battery. This means that the battery could become discharged and would require a 65-Watt Power Adapter in order to start up the PowerBook.

In my experience, a 45 Watt power adapter worked fine, it just sometimes took twice as long to charge the battery.
