I got my RAM yesternight lol 
INstalled it too!
Now I have a total of 704Mb (I was debating on whether or not to replace my 64Mb chip with a 256...but then I said naaaaaahhh)...
I always envied people with more RAM since it used to cost A LOT as I remember (I remember buying a RAM stick, 16Mb, for my performa 635CD and it cost around $50!!!!! ) ... Now since prices are SO LOW I got each 256Mb chip for $35!!!!!!!
