9.1 System Folder

I apologize in advance if there is already a thread with these questions..

I have OS X (Jaguar) but previously only had os 9.0.4 which means my classic doesn't work because it needs atleast 9.1

From the information I've gathered, I don't think I need the entire 9.1(or higher)... just the system folder, correct?

If I am correct, is there someone out there that will send me a system folder??

The System Folder is the OS. You'll have to buy 9.1.

Please don't ask that someone send you this, it's illegal according to Apple's license.
