A little help...please

I have the image of OS X (recent build) burned on a cd when i double click it , it does not launch , it just opens Toats..what am I doing wrong??????
 
The image you downloaded is a toast image.
if you double click on it.... it kust launches toast lol.
What you need to do is open toast click on the drop down menu and select "disk image" and drag and drop the file into toast (and make sure you burn it as a disk image and <u> NOT </u> as "mac files & folders).
