ever since I upgraded to firefox 3.5.7 i get this message over and over whenever i go to my yahoo email classic
i say jno and things are smooth for another few minutes then it starts again
 
It cold be due to some Flash-based advertisement that is displayed when using the Yahoo Mail web interface. Upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Flash 10 and see if that takes away the problem.

You might want to use the Adobe Flash Uninstaller just to rule out any residual problems from the older version of Flash before installing the new version. You can find the download for your version of OS X on this page:
