A1 paper size missing

Hi,

I'm new to the world of macs and seem to be missing the A1 paper size when I need to print to my HP designjet 1050. I am using OS X 10.5

Can anyone help?

Which program is this in? Often you need to set the machine to be using the printer before you go to the print dialogue in order to make the larger paper sizes available but how depends on the program.

Thanks ora, within ADobe we found the A1 page size.

we can now get the printer to print but its cutting off the print Prematurely.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to maybe resolve this issue?

I'm pretty sure ora had in mind that you should select the "format for: your printer" in Page Setup before trying to go to the print dialog. Did you do that?

Yep that was what I meant gsahli - I have had a simialr issue with other large scale porinters before.

You canalso try PrintTherapy which a fellow macosxer suggested to me to fix a print issue. It costs but there is a 7 say trial you can use for free, and it seems to fix a lot of OS X print issues.

Yes gsahli I selected the printer and selected the A1 paper size within page setup but the prints are still cut off.

I'll try PrintTherapy, thanks again for pointing me in the right direction
