AAC conversion to AIFF or MP3

Anyone know of software that will do that? I don't have an iPod (my wife has it). I have a Nomad, and that won't do AAC. I'd like to have the ability to put some of the purchased songs on a CD so that I can play them in the car.

Is there anything that can do the conversion? Cleaner maybe?

Thanks

There is an application that does just that, and it comes free with your system. You can convert to at least 4 different formats, compressed and uncompressed, and you can burn a CD directly from a playlist full of MP3's, AAC's, and anything else you have in your library. Give up what it is?

iTunes.

Yeah, you can burn CDs from a combination of AAC and MP3 files, no big whoop. Don't worry about that.

Though, your Nomad is picky, and wants MP3s, eh? Go into the iTunes preferences, and change your "import" option to "MP3.".... now, click the song you want to convert, and under the advanced menu, choose "convert to MP3"...

Change your import options back to "AAC" when you're done converting stuff, if you still want to rip your CDs in AAC format

Thanks for all the help...yep, converted the AAC to CDA, and the CDA to MP3, so the Nomad is back in the game, and the purchased music is playable in the car's CD deck.
