Strange bug this one.
I recently had some trouble with my computer (10.1.5 upgrade killed it), so I reformatted the OSX partition and reinstalled 10.1.
Now when I try to create a new user, I get no response - the "Create new user" button in the users panel of System Prefs appears to be active (it is not faded), but does nothing.
Does anyone have an idea how I could sort this out without reinstalling the OS (my standard fix-all - I'm not too creative with my Mac maintainance ). Alternatively, can I create a new user in the terminal, and just bypass all this flakey Apple System Preferences GUI.
Cheeers guys,
