For the past year or so, I've been accessing my external hard drive wirelessly through airport using a USB Hub. Unfortunately, I ran out of space so I bought another (Western Digital 1TB). I tried plugging it in today and can't seem to get it working. Under disks in Airport, I can see both my hard drives but both say 0 users connected. When I look under shared in finder, I can see both hard drives. When I click on the new one, it takes a while but eventually I can access it okay. However, when I click on the old hard drive, my network goes offline and I have to reboot. I've also noticed that since I hooked it up, my internet speed has gone down.
I have absolutely no idea how to fix this. It says on the Apple website that you should be able to hook up multiple hard drives using a USB hub but I just can't seem to figure it out and it's kind of driving me nuts! Is there any step-by-step guides out there that could help?
