Accessing Print Server Question

Thanks in Advanced....

I have set up a small wireless network using a Linksys Router and a Linksys Print Server......The PC on the network finds and prints good, the mac pings the print server, but cannot seem to Appleshare to the IP.

Suggestions anyone???

When you say appleshare to the IP I am not sure what you mean. How ever you may be trying to use the wrong method of printing. What type of printer you are using would also be of some help. Anyway, on mac os 9 the is a desktop printer utility in the Utilities folder in the Applications (mac os 9) folder. Use this to set up an lpr printer to print directly to the IP. In OS X use the application Print Center to add an IP printer. This app is in the utilities folder of the applications folder.
