ACCIDENT!! i deleted the i-photoapplication!

Did you remove it from the dock or delete the application itself?
In Finder, go to /Applications. Is iPhoto there? If it is, drag it to your dock anywhere between the other applications and it's fixed.
If it's not there, search with spotlight (upper right corner) to see if it's somewhere else. If it's somewhere else, take it back to /Applications as that way it will better get updated when you do any system updates.
If it's totally deleted, as in trash and trash emptied, then it'll be time to find the install discs that came with your Mac to reinstall the deleted application.
