Accidentally Deleted a Few Programs

Somehow the default Mail program and Internet Connect (in Utilities) folder are missing from my computer which is running Jaguar. Can somebody tell me how I can restore these two programs without messing anything else up?

I put in the G4 Software Restore CD hoping it would let me just browse to the files and copy them over, but I didn't see them on the disk.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
