active directory and work group managers

I can see my active directory users on my windows 2003 server from my xserve and how can I drag the users from the windows server into work group manager so that I don't have to add all 800 users manually. Is there any good documenation sites that would help me?

Try the OSX Server Manuals, there should be one for User Admin and Workgroup Manager, found here :

I think you will have to bind the server to the Active Directory for it to be able to access the accounts. What exactly is it that you want to do that needs the AD accounts on the OSX Server ?
