I was thinking of becomein an ADC select member.
DO I have to sign and mail an NDA to apple before I can receive seeded software (like I have to do for the seeding program), or does my payment "confirm" or exist in place of signing my name and maling it to apple ?

when you click the link to become a member you're implicitly agreeing to the terms.pdf thats available from connect.apple.com

So if I go now, pay, and become a member I will automatically be part of seeding, no signature needed :D ... me go become ADC member...me get cool stuff to play on my mac ;)
