Adding Emoticons to MSN Messenger for mac osX

Can anyone tell me whether it is possible or not to add emoticons to MSN Messenger for Mac OSX? if it is possible could anyone tell me how. Please HELP!!!

Flat out, no. Microsoft rips off the mac users because we don't use their OS. All you can do is view other people's custom emoticons.

An alternative is adium. I use for yahoo chat, and stay with ichat for AIM. Adium lets you customize in several ways, check it out.
