If I wanted to send a letter to Apple regarding technical issues that can't be resolved through tech support, would anyone know the address that I should send it to?
What kind of technical issue? There are several ways of dealing with the feedback, suggesting etc, so depending on what you will suggest and where, it will be seen better or worse. Give some ideas and I may find something else.
