Adobe Pro 6 - How to ADD PRINTER?

Hi, I have installed Adobe CS but for some reason, when I go to the printer Setup utility, there's nothing coming up if I try and add an ADOBE PDF printer item. I'm sure I used to have this on a previous machine I had. Unless I am doing this wrong?

Try reinstalling Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Pro from the Adobe CS installer CDs. Adobe PDF printer is installed along with Acrobat Distiller.

I don't think you needed to reinstall. All you had to do was to export a PDF from an Adobe app and it would have recreated the Adobe PDF printer for you.
