Adobe Version Cue wont run

I have Adobe Version Cue installed and when I try to make it run, it sits up in my toolbar next to my cinema, sound, battery icon with a red X through it. I try to start it and I get the error can not start Version Cue CS2 please check logs. Where are the logs I need to check and what could possibly doing this to it?

edit I found the logs it says it cant start the database. How do I get it do start it?
