hi everyone, I was just wondering what do you think is the best way to advertise your website?
Obviously, theres the horrible way of adverts on other peoples sites (which I always ignore) pop-ups, and junk mail. However, I dont want to use annoying techniques like those mentioned.
Does anyone know of a neat and respectable way to advertise their website? Ive coem up with loads of new ideas for my own site, and I want it to be advertised so it can latch on (http://www.projectibun.com/ is the site if youre curious

Also, I wanted to know how long does it take (roughly) to get a good viewing public on your site, so you have visitors coming back, and pretty much lots of traffic!!
