Ahhh Stuck in Windows

Hey Friends I really need help. I just started up off my windows XP drive to on my MacBook Pro. I searched a few web pages and went back to the control panel to restart to OSX. It says that I "error occured, you might not have the admin privlidges"

I don't know windows at all. I tried restarting and it still says it. I don't know how to get back to my OSX software and drive. Is there a manual way to do this during the re-start. I am stuck in the boring windows world :(
 
If you need to get back to OS X, restart and the moment you hear the Mac startup chime, hold down the Option key. You'll then be presented with the "option" ;) to select either to boot to OS X (usually shown as the name of the hard drive in OS X, like "Macintosh HD" for instance), or Windows.
