Airport Express to Wired Network Print Sharing

My home setup includes several static IPs. My new Airport Express is on one of them. It DHCPs a set of addresses for wireless connections and connections wired it its lan ports. I can access the printer I plugged into its USB port fine from these types of connections. However I can't see the printer with Bonjour from other Macs or PCs that have static IPs on my network. I would guess:
1) The Airport Express is not sharing the printer through its NAT capabilities;
2) That Bonjour is only working re the printer on the DHCP subnet.

My question is how I can access the printer from my static IP machines also. I made a small stab at connecting by filling in the network address of the Airport Extreme as as Internet printer. But that didn't seem to work? Has anyone got this working? I think I remember that it was working on my old Airport Express.
