Airport Extreme Port Forwarding Stx

I'm using salon transcripts software and had to rest my base station. I lost the public and private port numbers so i can remotely access the program on my home computer. I have the ip of the server but not the public and private port #'s. i tried the 8000 for public and 80 for private no dice. then i also tried 8080 and 80. please help.
