I have a PowerBook G3 Firewire with an Airport Extreme... I'm running all the latest software and up to date everything... However, the issue I have is this...
I believe my airport card in my laptop is getting wore out... After my machine is on for a while, my wireless signal starts to fade and it becomes rather difficult to connect. It's been doing this for several days now, so it's pretty consistant. When the laptop heats up, the connection drops. It's like the airport card has a heat issue. Well, what I'm tryin' to do is, until I get another card, I want to connect to my Airport Extreme via a cable, and then have the Base Station connection to another Base Station, to get to the internet. I hope that makes sense... I've done everything I know to do, but I'm not getting it to work. If anyone has any ideas, would you please help me out? I very much appreciate any help in the situation...
