Airport is stubborn, can't get my http or daap servers to run because of it.

Hello all. Firstly let me explain to you what tools I have at my disposal.

iBook with Airport card running OS X.2.5
Airport 2 (The white one with 802.11b)
Attbi/Comcast/whatever it is now
A DynDNS.org account
Apache installed

Now when I type in http://127.0.0.1, it gives me the web page no problem. When I type in http://66.**.**.** (my IP), it gives me a message that it can't connect to the server. I tried taking the firewall off in control panel, but that did nothing. The thing is, in the network options because of the airport it says my IP is 10.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.2. Is there any way I can tell Airport that is not the correct IP Address?

Oh, and I also tried taking out the DHCP and writing in the numbers manually, but then it wouldn't let me connect to the internet (attbi is stubborn like that).

Heh, what I'm looking for is a thread (that I've read before via search) that tells me that it is impossible even though someone I know has done it? Is there any way I could get this to work? Any way at all?
