AirTunes volume

I managed to get my Intel iMac connected wirelessly (don't ask me how), and it is playing music from my computer to my HK Soundsticks11, but I can't get the volume up. I have the iTunes and iMac Volume all the way up and it is playing at about 3 of 10. Any ideas?
 
Do you have the volume turned up on the SoundSticks (there is a volume control on one of the sticks)? Check the little + and - buttons on the right stick.

BTW, you are not the first to miss those tiny buttons. I'm just sharing from my own experience... :)
