IconIt - 1.1.5! With this app you can change the foler icon quickly. Now if you had an icon for in progress work, or finished work, you could use this program to change the icon's fast. Kinda like labeling but not exactly. Hopefully they'll make it into a menu extra thing so when you right click it show's up.

Also this little app (MailPriority) may put labels back into Mail.app. I'll try it when i get a moment.
