AMSN for MAC

I have installed in my PC AMSN 0.97.2.
Suddenlly, AMSN stops work.
I delete the aplication and download/install again but doesn't work.
The message is APlication not responding.
Please, help me because i'm on travel and i need to solve it to communicate with my family.
