Anonymous ftp problems

Since I installed 10.2, my anonymous ftp login has been broken. I had it working perfectly in 10.1.5 as I used it nearly every day, but now when I try to log in as anonymous or ftp, it just gives me the error "550 Can't set guest priveleges". Can anyone give a little insight as to what this actually means my problem is?

Had this exact same problem... I was using ProFTP though. This fixed it for me though. Go into NetInfo Manager and check what the shell is for the ftp user. Mine was set to /dev/null. Now, check the /etc/shells file and make sure it's listed in there... if not, add it.
