Another Jaguar Question

Has anyone here played with Jaguar's Hand Writing Recognition software, Ink? I'm interested in knowing how well it recognizes hand writing. Is it capable of learning how people write? Can I tell it "this specific keystroke = this letter"? How large or small can I write before it starts making errors? The reason why I'm asking is that my handwriting is a combination of printing and cursive. It is something I perfected through my many years of college. I've heard that Apple took the Newton technology and turned it into Ink. Is this true?

I too have heard that newton => ink thing... perhaps it is true...

i was under the impression that ink wasn't included with the versions of jaguar that are out already, however...

anyone?

Ink IS real - according to Apple (look at the bottom of the page http://www.apple.com/macosx/newversion)

The snapshots I have seen so far suggest it is highly configurable and supports gestures. The snapshots have shown this with writing at a very large scale (about a quarter screen height), and it seems to be very accurate.
