Another Linksys router problem...

I have a linksys WRT54G V5 and an Ibook G4 OS X 10.4.8

Quite often I will lose wireless connection to the router, followed by the router loosing connection to the internet. This always happens when the mac is surfing the web or just coming out of sleep then onto the web. It never happens when I am using my windows laptop or my xbox360. Sometimes it happens when I have my mac hooked up via lan.

Reading on the linksys forums they said to revert to firmware 100.9. Which I did but I still have the problem.

My Airport is setup as automatic. IPv4 is using DHCP. I have verizon dsl and I do not have to login to use it.

Any thoughts?
 
I have two linksys routers that do the same thing. with mine, it's the switching. for some reason the router quits routing, not necessarily losing internet, but quits routing through and my laptops can't connect. my office one does it to.
