Did you throw out Finder's Preferences?

Plus didn't you know that with a NDA you are doing things against my posting this stuff while under NDA?

What do you mean NDA? I'm doing things against your posting? What? Please let me know what im doing wrong.

Throw out finder's preferences?

It only only stops moving from time to time, not at that often/

To be able to get an OS X beta you have to be part of the OS x development testing team and be under an NDA. If you got the beta by downloading from any other way then it is pirated software that might be hacked. I say this because this is a known trick.

Oh shit, i got it from a buddy of mine, i honestly have no idea where he got it from... What should i do? Is it okay to continue running the beta?

How do i become a part of the testing team? I'm not trying to break any copy write.. I just thought that apple released 10.6 like windows released Windows 7. Where do i go to sign up and get my OWN ACTUAL copy of snow?

Thanks for your help

Stop advertising that you have it to start with because it is against Apple's wishes and discussing illegal soft is not allowed on this site.

As with earlier beta versions of Mac OS X, I guess our rule about it goes like this:

1.) We don't discuss where to get beta builds. There's one legal way of obtaining a beta, and that's through Apple's developer program (Select or Premier members get access to betas of Mac OS X).

2.) If someone who _has_ access to beta builds decides to discuss them on macosx.com, we don't have a problem with that. We're all interested in information on how Snow Leopard behaves, what changes it brings etc., and how it's getting closer to release with every build.

We've never gotten into any trouble with these rules-of-thumb.

So: If you have questions about Snow Leopard (other than where to obtain builds), just go ahead. However, it seems like your current questions are "regular" Mac OS X questions, not specific to 10.6.
