Any 3rd Party Utility to Make Windows Resizable On All Sides?

I go back and forth between linux, windows and mac all day long. Mac is best, of course, but i curse it every time i have to go to the bottom right corner to adjust a window. There must be a third party who has made windows resizable from all edges....right?

I've never used other sides to resize windows. Just use the bottom right corner, it takes 3 and half seconds to get used to.

No, it takes three and a half seconds longer every time I need to adjust things, which I do a hundred times a day. I usually have a whole bunch of windows onscreen at once (typically text editor windows), as many as I can fit, and I adjust them to be as small as possible while showing what I need to see. Now it often takes two moves and a resize, instead of one resize.

Thank you! But.....I can't figure out how to install it. I get a WindowDragon.ape file, but can't figure what to do with it. (I just installed application enhancer) Is there somewhere I should put it?

I notice that someone at http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/25134&vid=191209 has the same issue and no one has answered.

You need to install the APE engine.
