Any idea what this is?

Very recently Little Snitch has started picking up this request and I've not seen it before.

Does anyone know what this is? The warning is shown in the attached image.

Edit: When I first saw this a few days ago it was asking for permission to access a domain name rather than an IP address and the domain name was a strange and kind of dodgy sounding name.

Basically it comes down to file sharing with Windows, and even if you aren't sharing with Windows, the service still runs.
