Any Neat Secret Neat Tricks/Tips/Apps for OS X?

There are lots of really cool apps out there for X.
AquaMon, that shows detailed system information on the desktop.

DragThing, so your dock isn't unbearably cluttered.

Net Monitor: for a display of network traffic. I put mine in the menubar like this:
Dock Detox: to kill the Dock icon bouncing from those apps what are written to bug the hell outta ya.
escapepod: to *really* force quit an app -- especially useful if your system appears to be hung but the GUI is just frozen.
Snapz Pro X: for capturing images and movies of the screen. It's especially useful for making tutorials like this or this or showing off features of upcoming software like this.
Watson: for all kinds of online searches including local movie showings, phone number lookups, stock tickers, auction listings, image finding, and much more
GraphicConverter: because it's the best damn image viewer, convertor, and basic editor out there!
Adium: for AOL Instant Messenging. Adium is far cleaner and more customizable than AOL's official client, but Adium lacks file transfer. Unless you just absolutely *need* file transfer, you should definitely get this.
Fire or Proteus: for other IM clients like ICQ, MSN, Jabber, and Yahoo.
OmniWeb 4.1 beta: although it still has trouble with CSS and DHTML, OmniWeb is a great browser that renders pages beautifully with Mac OS X's Quartz graphics engine. Many people have trashed Internet Explorer in favor of OmniWeb. You can also get more recent (but sometimes unstable) builds from the sneaky peek page.
