Can't seem to get to that page, but if it's just standard DW drop-down, then you can try www.projectseven.com... (or do a search on Google for Dreamweaver drop-down menu )
I purchased the project seven extension but wasn't happy with it (it seemingly destroyed my Dreamweaver MX... even though one of the guys there persistently claimed it wasn't there extension doing it).
I personally now use as much CSS for drop-downs, the only thing needed is a little bit of show/hide javascript (which can be generated in Dreamweaver without any extensions).
