Do you want an icon or a theme? Icons are easy to make; themes are quite a bit more difficult. I could make you an icon, but I wouldn't make you a theme just to be nice.
You can use Google.com search, type in "Mac OS X icons"
You might try "Mac OS X themes" too, becasue sometime sites with themes does has the icons with it, too.
