Anyone using MacGSView?

Hi All,

I am using MacGSView 2.0b3 on PPC G5 running Mac OS X 10.3 & 10.4, with classic 9.1 installed.loaded with 1.5 GB / 2.0 GB of RAM.

I get error when opening and viewing Pdf and Postscript file created by Adobe software.

Ghostscript 6.01 has encountered an error
(-8) rendering the file
"Untitled 1"
The page may not be displayed completely !

How do i fix this error?

Please forgive my curiosity, but why don't you use Preview to view PDFs and Postscript files?

I Googled for an explanation of Ghostscript error codes and didn't find anything. Sorry.

MacGSView is a Pdf/PS viewer mainly for prepress house before going to print.
i never used it before, just wanna check it out if its suitable for my workflow.
