anyway to change standard folder icons?

im not trying to just change 1 icon.. i know how to do that, its the sam since like mac os 5 or something.. but i want to know if X supports a way to change the standard folder icons; so when i create a new folder, it automatically has my new icon on it. if not, is there a way to globally change icons?

You can get candy bar at iconofactory.com. I think it still comes free for like 30 days and in that span you can change your icons but unless you buy the software, you can't turn them back (as far as I know) to the original icons once the 30days are up.
