We use AOL through broadband. I can log on with my name and download files. When we log on with a different name and try to download files AOL immediately crashes. We trashed the preferences and still this problem occurs. We have even gone so far as to downloal AOL application again. Nothing works. The preferences are the same under both names. I give up.
