Apache will not start after upgrading to 10.1

In 10.0.4 I had no problems with web sharing. In anticipation to the 10.1 upgrade I had backed up important files, formatted the OSX drive and re-installed OSX fresh and clean since I had dirtied it up pretty good. I never checked Apache for functionality after the upgrade completed. I then upgraded, started web sharing, and discovered it will not start up. I have a pretty good feeling it is because of the case insensitve nature of HFS, but I have no idea as to what needs to be edited in the httpd.conf file, nor can I remember it's location.

HELP!

Thanks.
