Heh... yep! I convinced my stepfather to purchase stock when it was hovering around $22 -- I told him it would soar again one day soon, and that day has come!

It's amazing... go iPod! I'm having flashbacks of 1999/2000 when the G4s were released and Apple's stock went through the roof!
 
The whole G4-speed-drop-prices-stayed-the-same fiasco. It's when Apple basically lost the (unimportant) megahertz battle.
 
i'm sick that i sold my apple stock at $13. 2-3 yrs ago, i saw my stock drop 50% in 1 day. then another 50% a few months later. if i only kept it.
 
I got in at $18-ish 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, it was more of a token investment as I only bought ten shares, just to say I had some Apple stock and could sound authoritative on these boards about rumours and all ::ha::

If, as some have predicted, it gets closer to $100, I may sell, because I'm currently studying in the UK and while the $30,000 in student loans seemed like it would be enough last July, I'm getting totally screwed on the exchange rate now and may need some extra cash. PM me if you want to donate to my education :)
