BTW: I've just read horrible things about the DMCA and I wish Apple wouldn't support it. I have no problem with Apple stopping these people from making the software, but I wish they wouldn't have used the DMCA to back them up.

If not DMCA then what, pray tell, do you suggest they use?

(Personally I don't care much about this issue, I just like playing devil's advocate)
