AppleScript from PHP?

Does anyone know of a simple way to run an AppleScript when a PHP page is hit?

Specifically...

If you can run the AppleScript from the Terminal then you should be able to use on of the PHP Program Execturion Functions...

Thanks, but exec("osascript /path/to/tuna.scpt"); does not work.

Cron job it is, unless I'm just doing something terribly wrong.
