Applescript that allows text to be inserted into MAIL OSX mail.

They have a great program for Entourage called Insert Notes. How do I get the same functionality in MailOSX?

By 'MailOSX' do you mean the application 'Mail' in the '/Applications/' folder?

Assuming such - please provide the AppleScript code have you currently written and or modified.

Yes, I mean the application, Mail. I haven't written any script at all, I'm looking for a script that someone may have programmed already for it.
