appletalk startup problem

just setup a network with an dlink DI-604 router. all other macs work great but my titanium powerbook running OS 10.2.5 can't seem to get it up. appletalk that is. it works every now and then but keeps loosing it aafter sleeping etc.

anybody got a clue?
