yes, this site here has a compilation of issues and workaround with Tiger:

for me, I have found Adobe Premiere 6.5 won't work in Tiger, even though Apple specificallly "fixed" this incompatibility with the 10.4.2 update (premiere was listed in their list of fixes).
really pissed about that, because I use (used) premiere a lot before upgrading to Tiger.
A friend of mine told me the same thing happens on his PowerMac G5 he bought only a few weeks ago, so I donno wtf is going on.
Also, in After Effects I can only export movie clips with video. If i try to export clips with audio the renderer will crash half way through.

I develop shareware games, and had a few reports of problems with Tiger, but turned out that was just a particular harware issue. If you had a non-apple USB mouse plugged in, the driver would crash the game.
Fun because I had used the official apple HID (Human Interface Device) so I thought it was pretty safe
