applications shut off for no reason

many applications shut off while I'm using them --I've sent them all to
Apple techs but no response. It happens to safari-firefox-hewlett
packard-sometimes even word for Mac---also I cannot open any images in my emails- for some reason --tried to download latest version of
adobe readebut r will not -download. that shuts off also.
 
The "Send Report to Apple" isn't meant for you to get direct feedback from Apple -- it's simply meant to send a report to Apple with a little information about your system (RAM, OS version, etc. -- nothing personal) to help them in the future to make OS X more stable. Don't expect a reply from Apple for sending those reports.

Have you repaired permissions and checked your startup disk for errors by booting from the OS X install CD/DVD and repairing the disk?
